Ipsy is a make-up bag subscription with 5 items per month for $10. You also get a bag every month.
Coastal Scents Liquid Eyeliner ($2.95)- I didn’t open this one yet because I have plenty of eyeliner. I’d like to try and trade it for something else.
Laura Mercier Foundation Primer ($9.70) – I don’t really know exactly what a foundation primer does, but I tried it and it seemed nice enough.
Hey Honey Exfoliating Mask ($7.00)- I haven’t used this yet either, but I look forward to it!
Mojito Lip Balm ($12.00)- I liked this a lot. It makes lips shiny, had a nice flavor, and felt good on my lips that are all chapped from the cold.
Pacifica Coconut eye shadow ($4.67)- This was a fine, neutral eye shadow. I just feel like I’ve gotten a neutral eye shadow in every Ipsy bag, so I don’t know that I need more.
All told I’m coming up with a value of $36.32, which is great! Although I’m not super excited about any of the products in it, but that’s just based on my own preferences. The mojito lip balm is probably my favorite.
The theme for this month’s Loot Crate , a subscription box of geeky goods, was “rewind.”
Wow, we’ve reached 2015! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and a great start to your year. Christmas is my favorite holiday of all, but I have to say that my second favorite is probably New Year’s. I love the idea of starting fresh, and looking forward at all that will come in the next year! For me, 2015 holds two trips to Disney World and my very first trip to Disneyland, as well as two Disney half marathons that should earn me my coast to coast medal. I’m excited!
Disney in your Day News
The past year has been a good one for Disney in your Day, but I’m excited for all that is to come in the new year. December included lots of holiday themed posts, as well as my review of Into The Woods. In the immediate future you can expect more thoughts on Disney movies, as well as the end of the restaurant tournament. Plus, I want to roll out a new series, “Other theme parks,” featuring other places around the country that might be worth visiting when you can’t get to Disney. And I’ll continue with my Glass Slipper Challenge training until February, when I actually run the Glass Slipper Challenge!
Welcome to 2014! I always love the new year because it’s an excuse to get a fresh start. I know technically you can try to improve at any time, but I personally like having an excuse to do it. There are lots of resolutions I have for 2014. Some of my Disney related ones include running more to train for the Enchanted 10k I’m running in February, posting 2-3 blog posts a week, and improving my photography skills. What are your new year resolutions?

What can you expect for the blog in 2014? To start off with, I want to do another restaurant bracket sometime soon – those are fun! So look for that coming up. I also plan to have a few more giveaways. I want to network a bit more with other Disney blogs, so I’ll be bringing you new giveaways and information from them as well. On my previous Disney blog I participated in Wordless Wednesday run by Focused on the Magic, and I’d like to try that again for 2014. I’ll be sharing some of my photography every Wednesday!
Speaking of my previous blog, sadly, Come Home to Disney has been shut down. A lot of my content was unfortunately lost, but the posts I was able to save I will be sharing here within the coming months. I also plan to re-write some of my more popular posts that were on there, such as my bucket list item of visiting the Epcot Flower and Garden festival.
